- Rush Production + Shipping: delivered in 1–3 business days
- Priority Production + Shipping: delivered in 3–5 business days
- Free Shipping: delivered in 5–8 business days
These delivery windows reflect the total estimated time from order placement to delivery, including both production and shipping.
Production and Shipping
Because each item is made to order, production begins after your order is placed. The shipping option you select determines the estimated total delivery timeframe shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates shown on our website and at checkout are based on current production timelines and carrier transit times.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information, when available, may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order arrives damaged, please save the packaging and take clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help review the issue.
