At BlanketsRUs, every blanket is custom-made using the photo you provide. Because our products are personalized, this policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

We stand behind every blanket we make and are committed to making things right if there is ever an issue.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We accept requests for refunds or replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our end, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by us, we may provide:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a full or partial refund

There is no cost to you if the issue is due to an error on our end.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • you must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • you must provide clear photos showing the issue, if applicable
  • the request must meet the conditions outlined in this policy

All requests are reviewed based on the information provided.

Please include your order number and details of the issue or request. If photos are relevant, please include them as well.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions.

Non-Defective Items

Because each blanket is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including:

  • change of mind
  • personal preference
  • incorrect photo uploads provided by the customer
  • customer-submitted spelling, wording, or date errors
  • issues that were visible in a customer-approved proof
  • minor color variation between screen display and printed product

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Bulk and Large Orders

Orders of 10 or more blankets or orders totaling $1,000 USD or more are considered bulk or large orders.

Because these orders are custom-made, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified defect, damage, or printing error caused by BlanketsRUs.

If a bulk or large order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by us, we may replace affected items or issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged during transit or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include photos of the packaging and item, if applicable, so we can assist you more quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our end.

If a return is approved because of an issue caused by us, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
