Bulk Order Policy
At BlanketsRUs, we offer bulk ordering for events, businesses, organizations, fundraising, promotional use, group gifts, and other larger custom orders. Because bulk orders often involve custom production, special pricing, and order-specific coordination, the following terms apply.
1. What qualifies as a bulk order
A bulk order includes orders for multiple custom blankets, higher-quantity purchases, repeated versions of the same design, event orders, fundraiser orders, business orders, and other larger-volume custom requests arranged directly with our team.
2. Custom-made products
All bulk orders are made to order. Because these items are custom-produced specifically for each customer, changes may be limited once the order has been approved or production has started.
3. Pricing and quotes
Bulk pricing is based on factors such as:
- quantity ordered
- blanket size
- number of unique designs
- design complexity
- packaging requirements
- production timeline
- shipping destination
Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no time period is stated, quotes are valid for 7 calendar days.
4. Payment terms
Full payment may be required before production begins unless other terms are approved in writing. For some larger orders, a deposit may be required to begin processing, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, production timing and delivery estimates may no longer apply.
5. Photos, artwork, and approvals
Customers are responsible for providing all photos, artwork, text, and design instructions needed for the order.
By approving a design, mockup, or proof, the customer confirms that:
- names, dates, spelling, and wording are correct
- the selected images and layout are approved
- they have the right to use all submitted content
BlanketsRUs is not responsible for errors that were included in customer-submitted files or approved proofs.
6. Production timelines
Production time for bulk orders depends on order size, complexity, and current production volume. Any production or delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
7. Shipping
Shipping charges, shipping methods, and delivery timing for bulk orders may differ from standard website orders. In some cases, split shipments may be used.
BlanketsRUs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses submitted by the customer, or other delivery issues outside our control after the order has shipped.
8. Changes and cancellations
Because bulk orders are custom and scheduled for production, cancellations or changes may not be possible after payment, approval, or production start.
If a cancellation is approved before production begins, any design work, setup work, administrative time, or non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any refund.
Once production has started, cancellations, quantity reductions, or design changes may not be allowed.
9. Returns and refunds
Because bulk orders are custom-made, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified defect, printing error, damage, or production issue caused by BlanketsRUs.
If there is a problem with a bulk order, the customer must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos and order details for review.
If we confirm that the issue was caused by us, we may, at our discretion:
- remake affected items
- replace affected items
- issue a partial refund
- provide another appropriate resolution
We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:
- low-resolution or poor-quality customer-submitted images
- spelling, wording, or date errors provided by the customer
- errors in approved proofs
- minor color variation between screen display and printed product
- normal minor variation in custom production
10. Content responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all submitted photos, logos, artwork, text, and other content.
BlanketsRUs reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise not permitted under our content guidelines.
11. Limitation of liability
BlanketsRUs’ liability for any claim related to a bulk order is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including event losses, fundraising losses, lost profits, or delays outside our reasonable control.
